  They were so incredibly rude to me when I arrived. I had my sleeping baby with me and Kathy at the front desk didn't even greet me. She put right said, who are you? Why are you here? Is that you baby? She can't be here. We don't allow kids. When I called and made the appointment I was never explained I was not allowed to bring my sleeping child to the studio. Everywhere else I go my daughter is welcome. She has come with me to get my hair and nails done and they are always sweet and kind to her. I'm beyond upset about the treatment and never once did Kathy ask me if I wanted to reschedule.
  
  I will never go here ever again. Just because of the poor treatment is enough for me to not want to spend another dime there. If bedside manner and customer treatment aren't good then neither is their service. I would strongly research before going out to these places. Overcharged and rude is what they are.
