  I used their service for my wedding back in October. When I called to get a quote they were very friendly and the price was one of the better quotes that I’d gotten. I booked them and gave them my email so they could send me a confirmation. I called to pay about 2 weeks before the wedding so I didn’t have to worry about it the night of, and asked if I’d be getting an email with any info. They said they were behind but would get it. they also told me that I’d get an email the day before telling me who my driver was. I never received either email. The day of the wedding was of course hectic. When the wedding was over, someone told me that our “shuttle” was here. Not the stretch limo I had asked for and paid for. I then collected my things and looked at my phone for the first time all day and found that I had a voicemail from them. Probably to tell me that they wouldn’t be picking us up in a limo, but rather a bus. A family member asked them about why there wasn’t a limo, and they said that had accidentally overbooked.. what?! I never got any pictures with or in the limo because it was a bus! Being that it was our wedding night, I couldn’t be bothered to say anything , it was too late anyway..
  
  They were on time and friendly, but never sent us any confirmation or receipt of payment so I couldn’t even go back and say anything about the WRONG vehicle picking us up. I was very disappointed and will not be using their services again.
