  This is the worst company ever! We have had them for a while now and they flat out f***ing suck. There service is garbage, there prices are through the roof, and they are completely unreliable! I hate this company so much I’m going to try to avoid them for as long as I can!

  Unreliable service. Less than helpful tech support. I'm paying a lot of money, and have not had Internet service for over 3 days. Unacceptable.
