  My girlfriend and myself went to this orthopedist because they were in network for her insurance. To start, their office called and rescheduled because their orthopedist was in surgery all night. Contrary to their name, this practice only has one orthopedist. When we arrived to my girlfriend’s appointment, the nurse was having issuing with the computer. During that time, the waiting room had started to fill up with patients. When I approached the front desk, and said my girlfriend was here for her appointment I was greeted with a snarky "Okay, just sign her in". While we were waiting we noticed one of the other patients there was a boy around seven years old that was there for what looked like a fracture in his arm. This practice didn't have the right size brace, so they just wrapped up the old cast during their last visit. After 45 minutes of waiting, we were finally called in by the nurse. Once we were in the room, the nurse (with major attitude) started the initial interview which was comprised of one question. When we tried to explain what the Emergency room orthopedist had said, she snaps back at us with the snide comment of "That's for us decide." Then, obnoxiously, told my girlfriend to take the clothing off the injured area. When the doctor arrived in the room, she had a major attitude. We spent 20 minutes having to review the information that she previously had filled out in the new patient forms that my girlfriend had filled out. The nurse hadn't even transferred the information from the form into their system. Then, the doctor began her exam and was rough with no regard to how my girlfriend was screaming in pain and proceeded with the exam. The doctor had said sit was a sprain. I asked her if she had looked at the X-rays we provided and said yes. In the X-ray, one of the bones is clearly dislodged from her ankle and pressing into her ligaments. When I tried to suggest that it could be something different based on what the Emergency Room said she gets in my face and says "Well what do you think it is?" Then, tells her to keep the boot on and start putting pressure on her foot and leaves. While my girlfriend is balling her eyes out in the room I proceeded to go to the doctor and ask for pain medication while she puts her clothing back on. She says she can give us something that the Emergency room had already prescribed, and I told her that it did not do anything, and her general doctor had to give her something stronger. She proceeds to respond with "Why are you her mouth? Why are you speaking for her?" to which I reply with "Because she in the other room crying in pain from your examination, I am advocating for her." In the end, she gave her something that still didn't help with the pain. Then, they tried to push us out the door without making another appointment or giving her a doctor’s note for work and school. While my girlfriend waited in the car I waited for her note. I waited 15 minutes for a note and while I was waiting the doctor yelled down the hallway at me " You're going to have to wait. You're just going to have to wait." Once I received the doctors note they said I would have to call back and reschedule. I am never going to this orthopedist nor bring my girlfriend back to this orthopedist. Later that day my girlfriend could not feel her toes and now she cannot move them when she could before the appointment. If I could give them less than 1 star I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor.
